Sometimes a new shade is all a lamp needs. The Diyas Maxine ILS20285 is a rectangular plain fabric shade in black, measuring 16/23cm, and is supplied as a shade only so you can refresh an existing fitting without replacing it.
Like the rest of the Diyas shade collection it is fabric lined for a cleaner, better quality finish, and the lining softens the light pleasantly when the lamp is switched on. Being a fixed shade, it comes with a reducer ring so it also fits 22mm lamp holders.
Black works beautifully in contemporary and monochrome schemes, giving a table lamp in a living room, study or bedroom a sharp, tailored update. The rectangular shape brings a crisp, architectural line that suits modern interiors especially well.
