An oval halo of gently filtered light is what the Diyas IL31173 Evelyn brings to a room, a four light pendant in polished chrome finished with a black fabric gauze shade and square cut crystals. The shade wraps the lamps so the light falls softly, while the crystals catch and return it as fine points of sparkle.
The elongated oval shape gives it more presence than a round fitting, making it a natural choice over a dining table or a kitchen island. Fabric and crystal together keep the look refined yet relaxed.
It settles happily into contemporary and transitional living rooms, dining rooms and open plan spaces, and can be converted to a semi flush fitting if you prefer it sitting closer to the ceiling.
