This is the decorative trim only, a 9cm square perimeter rim in polished chrome set with square crystals by hand. It is designed to fit around the Diyas IL30800 downlight fixture, which is sold separately, and the rim comes in two parts so it can be fitted during first fix without risking damage to the crystal.
