When candle lamps are left bare on a chandelier, a little of the magic goes missing. The Diyas IL30200 crystal clip on shade restores it, wrapping each exposed lamp in a hand crafted surface of clear glass rods finished in warm French gold, so the light glows through dozens of tiny vertical facets rather than glaring from a naked bulb.
Each shade is made by individually attaching the glass rods to form the body, then trimming the base with a ring of octagon crystals that catch and scatter the light as it falls. At 6.5cm across the top and 13cm at the base, it simply clips onto the lamp with no tools needed.
Sold as a shade only, it is a lovely way to dress a chandelier or candle style wall light in a dining room, hallway or bedroom, adding sparkle and softening the glow in one step.
