In a home with classical bones, a sweeping staircase, a panelled dining room or a generous entrance hall, the Diyas Armand chandelier in French gold feels entirely at ease. Twelve E14 lamps are arranged across three tiers of six, three and three arms, with the warm gold framework kept minimal so the crystal can truly dazzle.

Clear crystal pieces of alternating sizes run the full length of each arm, from the top of the centre column to the bulb holders, while extra crystal strands drape gracefully between the arms and gather beneath a substantial crystal glass centrepiece. The effect is unmistakably imperial.

Though grand in spirit, Armand works in modern and contemporary rooms as well as traditional ones. Choose dimmable LED bulbs if you plan to use a dimmer, and allow for some simple assembly when it arrives.
