How It Works

It takes a single G9 bulb, up to 10W, sold separately, and works with dimmable lamps if you would like to control the brightness from a dimmer switch. The fitting is wired to Class I standards, so it needs to be earthed as part of installation. Its IP44 rating means it is protected against water splashing from any angle, so it can go somewhere a shower or bath is nearby without being installed directly under the water stream.

Part of the Dene range, this fitting keeps its design simple, a slim metal arm holding a tubular glass shade, so the glass itself becomes the main visual interest. The opal finish on the glass has a soft, slightly frosted look that hides the bulb inside while still letting plenty of light through, giving the fitting a calm, understated character rather than a decorative one.
