How It Works

Twelve G9 lamps, each rated up to 10W, sit inside the frame (bulbs not included). It's dimmable, provided you fit dimmable lamps and pair it with a compatible dimmer switch. Wiring is to Class I standard, so it needs to be earthed as part of installation. With an IP20 rating, it's designed for dry indoor spaces only, not anywhere that could get damp or splashed.

Where It Works Best

This pendant suits living rooms, dining rooms and bedrooms, anywhere with the ceiling height to let the twisted frame hang properly. Because of its IP20 rating it isn't intended for bathrooms, so keep it to the main dry rooms of the house.

Design Details

The twisted frame is the signature of the Deacon design, taking a fairly traditional pendant shape and giving it a modern spiral so the fitting reads as sculptural even switched off. Combined with the satin nickel finish, it has a cleaner, cooler look than a brass equivalent, while the chrome plated glass adds a reflective detail that catches the light from multiple angles.
