A Fresh Bezel for Your H2 Sense Downlight

This is a genuine Collingwood spare part, the white bezel that clips onto the H2 Sense downlight range. It isn't a complete fitting on its own. It's the visible trim ring and lens surround that gives an installed H2 Sense downlight its finished look, sold separately so you can refresh a tired or damaged bezel, or bring a whole run of downlights back to a matching white finish, without touching the ceiling wiring.

White Finish, No PIR Cutout

This version, code DLSENWBEZ, is finished in plain white with no sensor window, so it suits rooms where you want the H2 Sense downlight controlled by a normal switch or dimmer rather than motion detection. Collingwood also sells the same bezel with a PIR cutout, and in black and brushed steel, so if your downlights mix sensor and non PIR units across a landing or hallway you can still keep every bezel the same colour.

How It Works

The bezel is designed to snap onto an existing H2 Sense downlight housing once that housing is already fixed into the ceiling, using the fitting's own sprung retaining clips. There's no cutting, drilling or rewiring involved, and no specialist tools needed. An electrician, or a confident homeowner, simply releases the old bezel and presses the new one into place. Because it's a mechanical trim piece rather than a light source, it carries its own 1 year warranty as a spare part.

Where It Works Best

It earns its keep in two situations: replacing a scratched, yellowed or mismatched bezel on an existing H2 Sense installation, or standardising the finish across a run of downlights fitted with a mix of PIR and non PIR versions, such as a hallway with sensor controlled downlights next to a living room on a manual switch. Because there's no sensor window, it's the right choice for main rooms, bedrooms and dining areas where you want the light on a switch or dimmer rather than triggered by movement.
