The PSDAL700M is a 700mA constant current LED driver rated at 56W output, delivering 2 to 71V DC to power compatible Collingwood low voltage fittings. It doesn't produce any light on its own, it's purely there to run separately sold fittings that call for a 700mA supply.
Dimming is via 1-10V or DALI protocols, giving you the option to integrate it into a DALI lighting control system if the rest of the installation uses one. It's IP20 rated, so it needs to be sited indoors or in an enclosed, dry location such as a cupboard or loft space rather than directly outdoors. It runs at up to 90% efficiency and includes short circuit and overload protection.
It comes with a 5 year warranty, and its compact dimensions of around 123 by 79 by 22mm mean it should fit into most standard enclosures without much trouble.
