The LEDEP10EM is an emergency converter built to sit behind a Collingwood downlight or panel and take over the moment mains power fails. Rather than being a separate emergency light, it turns your existing Collingwood fitting into one, so the same downlight that lights a hallway every day also lights it during a power cut.
