The LEDEP10EM is an emergency converter that turns a mains Collingwood downlight or panel into an emergency fitting, so it keeps working off battery power if the mains supply fails. It's a manual test version, meaning the battery and function are checked using a test button on the unit rather than the unit running its own test cycle automatically.
It connects using push-fit terminals and DC plug and play connectors, so it's a straightforward add-in during installation rather than a separate rewiring job. A dual colour LED indicator shows the unit's status at a glance, and it's rated at 2.5W. It's compatible with Collingwood's H2 Pro, H4 Pro and H5 downlights (excluding trimless versions) as well as the Solis and Domino panels and the Thea commercial downlight.
Built in polycarbonate, it comes with a 5 year warranty. As with any emergency lighting installation, it should be fitted and commissioned by a qualified electrician to make sure it meets the relevant emergency lighting regulations.
We offer free standard delivery on orders within the UK Mainland* (an additional fee applies for the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man, the Scottish Isles, parts of Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, the Channel Isles and International).
*Collingwood orders under £150 incur a delivery fee of £9.95 inc. VAT.
*Any order under £49 incurs a delivery fee of £9.95.
