A Single Point Source Ground Light for Cleaner Uplighting

The GL038 is a stainless steel ground light built to sit flush into a path, patio or lawn and throw a single, even beam upward. It uses one point source LED lens rather than a cluster of small diodes, so the beam looks cleaner and more focused than older multi LED ground lights. That also makes it a straightforward swap if you're replacing a tired fitting with the same footprint.

Stainless Steel Top, Aluminium Body

The visible top plate is marine grade stainless steel 316, chosen for outdoor fittings that need to shrug off rain, salt air and foot traffic without corroding or dulling. The body beneath is aluminium, keeping the fitting light enough to install without extra bracing while the steel face takes all the wear.

How It Works

Where It Works Best

This is a light for the ground, not the wall. Use it to uplight a tree trunk, wash light up a garden wall or feature, or mark out a path, driveway or patio edge. Because it's rated to be walked or driven over, it also works set into paving or decking where people will actually step on it, not just alongside it. The stainless steel top holds up well in coastal gardens too, where salt air is hard on lesser metals.

Can I drive or walk over this light?
Yes. It's IK08 impact rated and specifically rated as walk over, so it's designed to take foot traffic and light vehicle weight once installed correctly.

Do I need a separate driver or transformer?

What happens if one fitting in a run fails?
