A Compact Floodlight With Colour On Tap

The FL01 is the smallest floodlight in Collingwood's colour switchable range, sized for smaller courtyards, entrances and side passages rather than large open areas. Instead of being fixed to one colour temperature, it lets you choose the tone at installation, so one fitting covers warm, neutral or cool white depending on where it's going.

Black Cast Aluminium, Built To Take A Knock

This version comes in a black painted cast aluminium housing with a compact, low profile head on a fully adjustable bracket. The casing carries an IK07 impact rating, so it stands up well to knocks in busy spots like side passages, bin store areas or anywhere near foot traffic.

How It Works

• Colour switchable between 3000K, 4000K and 6500K, selected using the switch on the fitting during installation.
• An integral driver means it connects straight to the mains, with no separate transformer to find room for.
• The beam spreads across 120 degrees, with a CRI of 80 and flicker free output.
• The head rotates a full 360 degrees and the bracket itself adjusts through 180 degrees, so you can aim it precisely once it's mounted.
• This is the standard version without a PIR sensor, so it isn't dimmable and doesn't respond to movement.

Where It Works Best

Its compact size and wide 120 degree beam make the FL01 a natural fit for smaller courtyards, entrances, side return passages and garden boundaries where a full sized floodlight would be overkill. Because this version has no motion sensor, it works best as permanent dusk till dawn lighting, or wired through an external switch or timer for scheduled control, rather than as a security light that only comes on when triggered.

Questions People Ask

Can I change the colour temperature after it's installed?
The colour is set using the switch on the fitting at installation. It isn't a remote or app controlled setting, so the tone stays as chosen once it's fitted and closed up.

Does this version have a motion sensor?
No. This is the standard FL01 without PIR, so it's suited to permanent lighting or control through an external switch or timer rather than motion detection.

Can the light be aimed after it's fitted?
Yes. The head rotates a full 360 degrees and the bracket adjusts through 180 degrees, so it can be angled accurately once mounted.

Is it dimmable?
