This circular bracket is what lets Collingwood's MF02 IP and MS02 IP fittings mount onto a curved surface, a lamp post, bollard or column, rather than a flat wall. It's a single wall mounted bracket, supplied with the wall fixings you need to put it up, and it's the round counterpart to Collingwood's rectangular bracket. Which one you need comes down to the shape of the surface you're fixing to.
