Turn a Caiman luminaire into an emergency light in minutes
This bolt on converter fits through the M20 interface on a compatible Collingwood Caiman luminaire in around four minutes, adding emergency lighting capability without swapping the whole fitting out. No rewiring the entire luminaire, no separate emergency unit hanging off the ceiling nearby. It's a quick way to bring a standard luminaire up to emergency lighting standard.
Open area lens, manual test version
This version uses an open area lens, which spreads light wide and evenly across a room rather than focusing it down a corridor. It suits offices, halls, stairwells and other open spaces where people need to see the whole floor during an emergency, not just a narrow path. It's also the manual test variant, checked by hand with a key or switch rather than running self diagnostics on its own.

No. It's designed to bolt on through the M20 interface of a compatible Collingwood Caiman luminaire, not to fit other ranges or work as a standalone emergency light.
What's the difference between this and the automatic test version?
This manual test version is checked by hand using a key or switch. An automatic self test version runs its own diagnostic checks on a set schedule without needing someone to test it manually.
