Collingwood Black Bezel for H2 Sense - With PIR Sensor (Bezel only)

Most PIR downlights need a separate sensor housing sitting on the ceiling next to the light. This bezel builds the sensor straight into the trim, so the whole fitting reads as one clean circle rather than a light with an add on bolted beside it.

Finished in black

This bezel is finished in black, made to sit against a dark ceiling or match the rest of a black H2 Sense fitting. It replaces the standard bezel on the downlight, and the sensor lens and photocell sit flush within the same ring rather than proud of it.

How It Works

The bezel carries three parts in one moulding: the cutout for the LED lens, a small dome for the passive infrared sensor, and a photocell that reads ambient light. On the rear there are three small dials, marked TIME, SENS and LUX, so an electrician can set how long the light stays on after movement stops, how sensitive the sensor is, and the daylight level it should switch on at.

Because the sensor is moulded into the bezel rather than sold as a separate clip on unit, fitting it is the same job as fitting the standard H2 Sense bezel. There is nothing extra to mount and no separate sensor wire to route.

Where It Works Best

This is the bezel to reach for wherever a light needs to switch itself on and off without anyone thinking about it. Hallways, landings, stairwells, utility rooms and cloakrooms are the obvious candidates, anywhere people walk through with their hands full or don't want to hunt for a switch.

It also makes a straightforward retrofit if you already have H2 Sense downlights fitted and want to swap a plain bezel for a sensor equipped one, or you're replacing a bezel that's failed, without touching the downlight body itself.

Does this bezel come with the PIR sensor module fitted?
Yes. The sensor housing and photocell are built into the bezel itself, so you get the complete sensor assembly, not just a blank trim.

Will this fit my existing H2 Sense downlight?
It's designed to fit the H2 Sense range as a replacement or upgrade bezel. The downlight body and driver are sold separately.

Can I adjust how long the light stays on?
Yes. The rear of the bezel has a TIME dial alongside SENS, for sensitivity, and LUX, for the daylight threshold, so an electrician can tune all three during installation.

Is the sensor module sold separately from this bezel?
