When The Standard Connector Faces The Wrong Way
Most strip runs are happy with the cable coming off to the right, but not every installation is. This is the left hand exit version of Collingwood's 2 pin connector for LSNT top bend neon LED strip, built for the times the feed cable needs to head off in the opposite direction to suit a corner, a fixing point, or the shape of the run.
Clear Housing, Cable At Left
The connector body is clear polycarbonate, so you can see the steel contacts seated properly against the strip before you close everything up. It carries a 50cm, 2 core flying lead rated to 2.75A, positioned to exit at the left rather than the standard right hand side, everything else about it matches the rest of the LSNT connector range.
How It Works
The connector clips onto the cut end of the LSNT top bend strip, with its steel contacts bridging the strip's internal conductors. The flying lead then carries the low voltage feed on to the next section of strip or back to the driver. Once it's clipped and seated, the polycarbonate housing closes over the joint, keeping the strip's waterproof rating intact at the connection point.
Where It Works Best
Reach for this version whenever the cable can't run off to the right: coving that turns back on itself, a joinery detail with a fixing in the way, or a run that has to feed back towards its driver from an awkward angle. Rather than fighting the standard connector or adding extra cable slack, the left hand exit keeps the whole run tidy and the cable route short.

Questions People Ask
Why does this connector have the cable on the left instead of the right?
It's built for installations where the feed cable has to run in the opposite direction to the standard connector, so it can reach a driver or the next run of strip without extra slack or awkward routing.
Will this fit any LSNT strip, or just the top bend version?
It's made specifically for Collingwood's LSNT top bend neon strip, matching that strip's profile and contact spacing.
What's the flying lead rated at?
The lead is 50cm long, 2 core, and rated to 2.75A.
Can I return this if I order the wrong version?
No, it's made to order for a specific strip run, so it's non returnable. Double check the cable exit direction against your layout before ordering.
Does it keep the strip's waterproof rating?
Yes, the clear polycarbonate housing and steel contacts are IP67 and IK08 rated, sealing the joint so the run keeps its waterproof rating at the connection.
