This is the larger version of the Cedar pendant, stretching 250cm in length and housing thirteen E14 bulb holders in a warm brass frame. Each holder sits beneath a bell of cognac sculpted glass, creating a warm, honey coloured glow once switched on. The extra 25cm length and additional light source make this ideal for longer spaces or situations where you want even more even light distribution.

The brass finish has a warm, full tone that catches and reflects light beautifully. The cognac glass reinforces this warmth with its amber tint. This combination is particularly suited to dining rooms, kitchens, and living spaces where you want an inviting, welcoming atmosphere. How It Works

Thirteen E14 bulb holders are positioned along the 250cm length, each accepting bulbs up to 20W, with one more light source than the Cedar 225. The cognac glass above each bulb warms the light output slightly. It's wired to Class I electrical standards, requiring an earth connection, and carries an IP20 rating suitable for dry indoor spaces including kitchens, dining areas, bedrooms, and living rooms.

Where It Works Best

This larger pendant is designed for particularly long spaces, such as an extended kitchen island in a galley kitchen, a large dining table, or an open plan kitchen dining area. The extra length and additional light source give more even coverage than the Cedar 225. The adjustable 50cm to 250cm drop lets you position it precisely for your space and ceiling height.

The Cedar 250 is 25cm longer, holds thirteen bulbs instead of twelve, and weighs about 11kg more. Choose the 250 if you have a longer space to light.

Do I need special ceiling fixings for the extra weight?
Yes, the Cedar 250 weighs 66.2kg, so your ceiling installation needs to be rated for that load. Your electrician will assess whether additional bracing is needed.

Is the cognac glass noticeably warm coloured?
The cognac tint does add warmth to the light, shifting it towards a more amber tone than clear glass would. If you want purely neutral light, clear glass versions are available.
