For a more understated frame, this 200 x 40cm linear pendant from the Cedar range comes in matt black, a flat, low sheen finish that lets the ten cognac sculpted glass shades do the talking. Each shade houses an E14 lamp holder, and the amber toned glass gives off a warm glow that contrasts nicely against the dark metalwork.

Stretching a full two metres, it is designed for larger spots in the home, a long kitchen island, an extended dining table, or a wide open plan area where even light coverage matters.
