Matt black and clear glass make for a striking pairing on this 200 x 40cm linear pendant from the Cedar range, with the dark flat finish of the frame throwing the ten clear sculpted glass shades into sharp relief. Each shade sits over an E14 lamp holder, leaving the bulb visible and the light output clear and bright rather than filtered.

Its two metre length is built with bigger spaces in mind, an island unit, a long dining table, or an open plan kitchen and living area where you need light spread evenly rather than concentrated in the middle.
