Ten E14 lamp holders are positioned along the pendant's length, each taking a maximum of 20 watts. The fitting is dimmable when used with dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch. It is Class I wired, meaning it requires an earth connection during installation. With an IP20 rating, it is safe for dry indoor spaces only and should not be exposed to splashing water or humid environments.

Questions People Ask

Will the visible bulbs look cluttered or untidy?
Not if you choose nice bulbs. With clear glass, the bulbs themselves become part of the design, so choosing LED bulbs with good colour rendering and a warm white tone will look better than cheap or yellow tinted options.

Is this pendant suitable for a kitchen with a darker colour scheme?
Yes, in fact the matt black frame works particularly well with darker kitchens. The clear glass allows bright light through, which prevents the space from feeling too dark, while the black frame creates definition and visual interest.

How much ceiling height do I really need?
The pendant is 200cm long, so ideally you need at least 2.4 to 2.5 metres of ceiling height to accommodate it with a reasonable drop. If your ceilings are lower, this pendant may not be suitable as the visual proportions would not work well.
