This spotlight mounts directly onto the ceiling surface rather than recessing into it, finished in Graphite with the Linear range's fine parallel knurl baffle set into the head.

Graphite gives the body a deep charcoal tone, while the linear knurl baffle and Torx screws come in Brass, Burnt Steel, Gun Metal or Steel, so you can set how much contrast there is against the body.

How It Works

A honeycomb filter behind the baffle keeps the light precise and low glare. It's a fixed spotlight rather than an adjustable one, so its aim is set at installation. It takes a single GU10 bulb, up to 9W LED, rated IP20 and CB certified for indoor use, bulb not included.

Where It Works Best

Choose surface mounting when recessing into the ceiling isn't possible, a solid slab, a shallow void, anywhere you'd rather not cut in. Where recessing works, the Linear Spot offers an adjustable head instead, and the Linear Track version lets you reposition spotlights along a run.

He'd trained as an architect, working at firms like Foster and Partners, before deciding fittings deserved the same rare solid metals as the vehicles he built by hand.
