Where the smaller Caged lights hold a single bulb, the X-Large doubles up, wrapping two exposed bulbs in one long matt black cage. It's built to be the biggest gesture in the Caged wall collection, backed by a full length marble panel.

Black Marble reads dark and architectural against a black or muted wall, while White Marble throws light forward and suits brighter rooms. Both panels are cut from natural stone, so expect genuine variation in veining and tone piece to piece, each one essentially one of a kind.

How It Works

Two E27 bulbs sit inside the matt black cage, each held by a cross knurled lamp holder and secured with coin screws, bulbs sold separately. It can be wired directly into the wall or connected through an external cable and plug, cable not included, and the same fixing works equally well mounted to a ceiling.

Where It Works Best

This is the size for entrance halls, double height walls, or anywhere you want one fitting to do the visual work of several. Line a few up along a long wall for a repeating industrial rhythm, or let a single X-Large anchor a stairwell. It's built for dry indoor use only, so keep it away from bathrooms and uncovered exterior walls, that's what the IP44 rated Caged Wet range is for.

Long before Buster + Punch was a company, Massimo Buster Minale was spending his evenings in a Shoreditch garage, stripping motorbikes down to their frames and rebuilding them from scratch.
