Four Rooms, One Plate

A toggle switch has one job, and this one does it with more presence than most houses ever get from their electrics. The plate is solid stainless steel, brushed rather than painted, so the metal itself is doing the work rather than a coating over something cheaper underneath. Four separate toggles sit in a single 4G plate, each finished with the diamond cut cross knurl grip that runs through the whole collection.

Steel gives you a cool, brushed base plate. From there the toggle arms and coin screws can stay steel for a quiet, monochrome look, or switch to brass if you want a warmer point of contrast against the plate.

How It Works

Each toggle is an independent two way switch, rated 10AX at 240V, CE tested for use across Europe. There's no dimming function here. Flick each arm on or off exactly as you would any standard switch, just built from better materials.

Where It Works Best

Four gangs on one plate means four circuits controlled from a single spot on the wall, which suits a kitchen running task lighting, pendant lighting and under cabinet lighting off separate switches, or a living room with several lamp circuits you'd rather not scatter across the wall as individual plates. If you only need to manage one or two circuits from that position, the 1G or 2G toggle keeps things smaller and simpler.

Founder Massimo Buster Minale set up Buster + Punch in 2013 after years working as an architect at practices like Foster and Partners, spending his evenings restoring and customising motorbikes in an East London garage. That garage habit of stripping something ordinary down and rebuilding it properly is still the whole idea behind this switch. A toggle that most brands would leave as a plastic afterthought, remade here in solid metal instead.
