This is the all brass version of the 4 gang dimmer switch from Buster + Punch's Linear Knurl range, a brass back plate paired with brass dimmer knobs finished in the new straight ridge knurl pattern, for a warm, consistent look across the whole plate.

Choose Your Finish

This one comes in a single finish, brass plate and brass knobs together, so there's no accent colour to choose here. If you'd prefer a mixed finish, a black or steel back plate with a brass or steel knob is available elsewhere in this collection.

How It Works

Each of the four rotary dimmers has an electronic soft start and two way switching, so lights fade up gently instead of snapping straight on. Every dimmer handles LED loads from 5W to 120W or incandescent and halogen loads from 60W to 400W, at 230 to 240V, 50Hz. The four dimmer modules are wired as independent circuits, letting one plate control four separate lights or zones.

Where It Works Best

A 4 gang plate is built for rooms with several circuits to manage together, think a kitchen diner with pendants, ceiling lights and under cabinet lighting all on one wall. If you only need to control one, two or three circuits, the same brass on brass finish is available across the single, double and triple gang dimmers in this range.

Made By Buster + Punch

Founded in 2013 by architect turned motorbike builder Massimo Buster Minale, Buster + Punch grew out of a garage in Shoreditch where Minale hand built custom bikes rather than buy in stock parts. That same instinct, machine it properly in solid metal instead of stamping it from steel or moulding it in plastic, runs through every switch in the range.

Will the brass finish tarnish over time?
Yes, this is a natural metal finish, so it will develop character with handling and age rather than staying perfectly uniform. Wipe it with a dry, lint free cloth and avoid chemical cleaners to keep it looking its best.

Can I get this with a different knob colour?
Not on this particular plate, it's supplied as brass plate with brass knobs only. For a mixed finish, look at the black or steel back plate options in the same range, which offer a choice of knob colours.

What bulbs work best with this dimmer?
