This 3 gang dimmer switch has a solid White plate finished with Buster + Punch's Linear Knurl detail, fine straight ridges machined into the knob as an alternative to the brand's original diamond cut Cross Knurl pattern. Three independent dimmer modules sit behind the single plate, so one switch position handles three separate lighting circuits.

Choose Your Knurl Finish

The White plate is fixed, and the knurled knob comes in three finishes. White keeps everything low key and lets the switch disappear into a white wall. Brass adds a warm metallic accent against the White plate. Steel gives a cooler, more industrial contrast. Each option is machined from solid metal.

How It Works

Each dimmer module is a rotary dial with electronic soft start and two way switching, so the circuit can be dimmed or turned fully off. Across the three modules you can dim LED bulbs from 5W to 120W or incandescent and halogen bulbs from 60W to 400W, on a 230 to 240V, 50Hz supply.

Where It Works Best

A White 3 gang plate suits rooms where you want the switch to blend into the wall rather than stand out, while still managing several lighting circuits, a kitchen, a hallway with multiple light runs, or a living room with layered lighting. Before Buster + Punch existed, Massimo Buster Minale was an architect at practices including Foster and Partners. In 2013 he left to build custom motorbikes by hand in a garage in Shoreditch, and that hands on, machine it properly approach became the foundation of the brand. What's the difference between this and the Cross Knurl version?
The plate and module hardware are identical. The only difference is the detail kit on the knob, Linear Knurl has fine straight ridges, Cross Knurl has a diamond cut cross hatch pattern.
