This 3 gang dimmer switch pairs a solid Steel plate with Buster + Punch's Linear Knurl detail, a pattern of fine straight ridges on the knob rather than the brand's original diamond cut Cross Knurl. Three separate dimmer modules sit behind the one plate, giving you independent control over three lighting circuits from a single position on the wall.

Choose Your Knurl Finish

The plate itself is fixed in Steel, and the knurled knobs come in two finishes to pair with it. Steel knobs keep the whole switch reading as one cool, industrial block of metal. Brass knobs bring a warmer contrast against the Steel plate. Both are machined from solid metal rather than moulded or plated.

How It Works

Each dimmer module is a rotary dial with electronic soft start, plus two way switching so the circuit can be turned fully off as well as dimmed. Between the three modules you can dim LED bulbs from 5W to 120W or incandescent and halogen bulbs from 60W to 400W, on a standard 230 to 240V, 50Hz supply. Turn to dim, press to switch off.

Where It Works Best

A 3 gang plate suits a room with several lighting circuits worth keeping separate, a kitchen with task and ambient lighting on different runs, or an open plan space where you want independent control over more than one zone. If your space only needs one or two circuits, the same Linear Knurl finish is available on single and 2 gang dimmer switches elsewhere in the range.

Questions People Ask

Does the Brass knob option come with a Brass plate too?
No, on this product the plate is fixed in Steel. Only the knurled knob changes finish, between Steel and Brass. If you want a fully Brass switch, look for the Brass plate version elsewhere in the range.

Will all three dimmer modules dim the same bulbs the same way?
Each module works to the same 5W to 120W LED and 60W to 400W incandescent or halogen range, but dimming behaviour depends on the bulbs on each circuit. See our complete guide to why lights flicker if you notice flickering on one circuit and not another.

Can this be fitted in a bathroom?
No, it's rated for dry indoor locations only and shouldn't be fitted anywhere exposed to moisture.
