This two gang toggle switch pairs a black back plate with Buster + Punch's Linear Knurl pattern on the toggle arm, a run of fine straight ridges instead of the diamond cut Cross Knurl. Two independent toggles sit behind one plate, each running its own circuit.

The black plate is fixed, and the choice comes down to the toggle arm and collar. Black keeps the switch understated against a dark wall. Brass adds warmth and a bit of shine against the black plate. Steel gives a cooler, more industrial contrast. All three toggle finishes sit on the same black plate.

How It Works

Each toggle is a straightforward on and off switch, no dimming, with its own independent circuit so the two toggles on this plate can control two separate lights or circuits. The switch is rated 250V, 10A, 50Hz, in line with standard UK wiring.

Where It Works Best

Two toggles on one plate suit spots where you're switching two separate things close together, a hallway with a light and an extractor fan, or a kitchen with two zones of ceiling lights. If you only need one switch, the single gang toggle in this range takes up less wall space. For three or four separate toggles behind one plate, this collection also runs to 3G and 4G versions in the same Linear Knurl finish.

Does this switch dim the lights?
No, this is a simple on and off toggle with no dimming function. For dimming, look at the dimmer switches in the same Linear Knurl range.

Can the two toggles control the same light?
They can be wired that way by an electrician, but as supplied each of the two toggles is an independent circuit, so they're generally used to control two separate lights or circuits from one plate.

Is this suitable for a bathroom?
No, this switch is rated for dry indoor locations only and shouldn't be fitted anywhere it could be exposed to moisture.
