The one gang toggle switch from Buster + Punch, this time on a Steel plate and fitted with the new Linear Knurl detail kit, a series of fine straight ridges machined into the toggle arm rather than the original diamond cut Cross Knurl. A single switch for a single circuit, machined from solid metal.

Choose Your Finish

The plate itself is fixed in Steel, and the choice comes down to the toggle arm and collar. Keep it in Steel for a cool, uniform, industrial look, or swap to Brass for a warmer accent against the cooler plate. Either way the toggle is solid machined metal, not a plastic moulding.

How It Works

A simple two way toggle, rated 250V, 10A, 50Hz. There's no dimming function, just a mechanical flick up or down to open or close the circuit, with the same weighted, deliberate action across the whole Buster + Punch range.

Where It Works Best

Single gang switches like this are suited to smaller spaces such as a cloakroom, landing, hallway or utility room where only one light needs controlling. For rooms with more than one circuit, the same Steel plate and Linear Knurl pattern is also available in 2, 3 and 4 gang versions in this collection.

Made By Buster + Punch

Buster + Punch began in 2013 when Massimo Buster Minale, an architect previously at firms including Foster and Partners, swapped the drawing board for a garage in Shoreditch and started building custom motorbikes by hand. The switches carry the same approach: every part machined from solid metal rather than bought in or moulded in plastic, which is why the toggle has real weight to it.
