Utopia Interlink Wall Light - Antique Gold With Mink Shade

The Interlink wall light has a quietly sculptural shape, with slim interlocking arms in an antique gold finish framing a soft mink fabric shade. It is a single light wall fitting, made to sit comfortably in a scheme rather than shout for attention, and works well as part of a pair either side of a bed, mirror or fireplace.

The frame is finished in antique gold, giving it a warm, slightly aged metallic tone rather than a bright brass shine. The shade is a fabric drum in a neutral mink tone, which softens the light and keeps the look understated. As with any hand finished metalwork, expect a little natural variation in tone from one piece to the next. The fitting is made from steel with a fabric shade, a pairing that reads as tactile and warm rather than cold or purely industrial.

How it works

This wall light takes one 10W LED bulb with an E27 fitting, and the bulb itself is not supplied, so you will need to add your own. It is wired for mains electricity and rated Class I, which means it requires an earth connection. Because of that, we would always recommend having it installed by a registered NICEIC electrician rather than fitting it yourself.

Where it works best

Its scale and soft, ambient glow suit living rooms, bedrooms, dining rooms and hallways particularly well, whether used as a main light source in a smaller space or as gentle accent lighting alongside other fittings. This is an indoor fitting rated IP20, so it is designed for dry indoor rooms and is not intended for bathrooms or outdoor use.
