TOOY OSMAN 16 Light Chandelier - Small

A Sixteen Light Chandelier, Compact Only in Name

The Tooy Osman 16 Light Chandelier Small is designed by Corrado Dotti and packs sixteen glass cylinders into a squared metal frame. The "small" version is still a big fitting: it measures approximately 90cm across and 60cm high, before the hanging rods are added. It is a black chandelier for people who want a dense, sculptural cluster of light over a table or in a hall, without going to the full size of the Large version.

Choose Your Metal and Glass

The frame is Matte Black in every version. Pair it with Brushed Brass for a warmer, gilded accent or Black Chrome for a sleeker, near monochrome look, then pick Clear Glass for brightness or Smoke Glass for a deeper tone. Clear glass with brass reads as classic and bright, while smoke glass with black chrome is the most moody of the four. Screens show glass tones differently, so ask us if you are unsure.

How it works

Sixteen E14 lamp holders each take a bulb of up to 8W LED, and bulbs are not supplied. The largest bulb that fits is about 3cm across. It is dimmable when dimmable bulbs are used. A 60cm and a 90cm rod come with a joint kit, so the hanging height can be set on site. A qualified electrician should always install this fitting.

Where it works best

This size suits a large dining table, a wide living room or a double aspect hallway. Sixteen lights give a rich, layered glow, so it works as the main light in a room as well as a feature. It is rated IP20, so it is for dry indoor rooms only.

The story behind Tooy

Tooy was founded in 2015 by Valeria Giacomozzi and Valerio Tidei in Italy's Marche region, growing out of Gibas, the Giacomozzi family business that has made tailor made lighting in Marche since 1959. Corrado Dotti, who designed Osman, trained with Matteo Thun and then Armani Casa before setting up his own studio in 2009. He has led Tooy's creative direction since 2017, and its lamps are made in Italy.
