TOOY Nastro Pendant Light - Medium

At medium scale the Nastro pendant moves into the territory of a proper room centrepiece — the curved aluminium band large enough to fill a ceiling with a genuine sense of architectural presence and the light quality it produces generous enough to serve as the primary source above a dining table that seats four to six or in a kitchen of moderate scale. The essential formal gesture of the Nastro — the sweeping aluminium curve — is more fully legible at this size, the relationship between the band's form and the light it contains becoming the defining quality of the ceiling plane above the space.

The medium Nastro works particularly well in contemporary and design led interiors where the fitting is expected to contribute to the visual composition of a room as well as its light quality — the coloured aluminium band reading as a deliberate material and chromatic choice rather than a neutral background element.
