At this scale the Nastro large chandelier is a genuinely spectacular piece — the multiple curved aluminium bands radiating outward in a composition of formal complexity and chromatic richness that has few precedents in the contemporary decorative lighting market. The colour system, applied across the full spread of the large configuration, produces a ceiling installation of quite extraordinary visual depth — the bands in terracotta, greenish grey, sand black or beige with their contrasting inner details creating a composition that reads as designed at every scale of viewing, from across the room and up close.
