The smoke plated finish on this Fabula Sycamore shade gives the glass a tinted, dual tone appearance that suits darker or more industrial style fittings. At 15cm round and built for E14 lamps, it is bathroom rated and can be used in bathroom zones 1 and 2 as well as throughout the rest of the home.
Smoked glass tends to soften the light slightly while still showing a hint of the bulb through the tint, which gives a bit more atmosphere than a fully clear shade. It suits bathrooms, hallways and living rooms alike, and pairs well with black or dark metal fittings if that is the look you are going for.
