A Chrome Pendant That Converts to a Semi Flush Light
The Searchlight Talton 5 light pendant to semi flush light is a versatile chrome fitting with clear glass detailing, able to convert between a hanging pendant and a closer fitting semi flush light to suit your ceiling. The drop is adjustable, and when hung as a pendant it can extend up to 150cm from the ceiling, so it is worth checking that measurement against your room before you order.

How It Works
It takes five E14 candle bulbs (not supplied) and is dimmable when used with dimmable bulbs and a suitable LED dimmer such as a V-Pro rotary dimmer switch. The drop height is adjustable, allowing it to be fitted as either a pendant or a semi flush light. This is a Class I fixture, which means it needs to be earthed and installed by a qualified electrician.

Can this light be used as both a pendant and a semi flush fitting?
Yes. The Talton has an adjustable drop, so it can be hung as a pendant on its suspension cables or fitted close to the ceiling as a semi flush light at 26.5cm high, whichever suits your ceiling.
How far can the pendant hang down?
The maximum drop is 150cm, measured from the ceiling to the base of the shade. Because the drop is adjustable, it is worth checking this maximum against your ceiling height before ordering.
What bulbs does the Talton need?
It takes five E14 candle bulbs, which are not included, so you will need to buy these separately before fitting the light.
Can the Talton be dimmed?
Yes, as long as you fit dimmable E14 bulbs and use a suitable LED dimmer such as a V-Pro rotary dimmer switch.
