An outdoor light that switches itself on at dusk
The Searchlight Raymond is a two light outdoor wall light in black with a built in dusk till dawn sensor, designed to switch on automatically as natural light fades and off again at daybreak without you needing to think about it.
Materials and Finish
The cylindrical fixture is made from stainless steel and glass, finished in black to blend in against most exterior wall colours.
How It Works
The Raymond takes GU10 LED bulbs, not included, and is not dimmable. Its built in dusk till dawn sensor detects falling light levels and switches the fixture on in the evening, then off again once it is light outside, so it can be left to run itself. As a Class I fixture it needs to be earthed, so it should be installed by a qualified electrician.
Where It Works Best
With an IP44 rating and automatic sensor, the Raymond works well by a front door, along a driveway or on an exterior wall where you want reliable light without a manual switch.
