This version pairs a matt black body with a warm amber acrylic section running through the middle of the tube. The amber tone catches the light softly when the fitting is switched on, adding a bit of colour and depth against the black finish. How It Works

• Takes 1 x GU10 bulb, not supplied. Around 4W LED (35W halogen equivalent) gives a similar brightness to the original halogen version.
• The head rotates so you can angle the beam up, down or to the side.
• Dimmable when used with a dimmable GU10 bulb and a compatible dimmer switch.
• Wired for permanent connection to the mains, fitted by a qualified electrician.
• Rated IP20 and Class I, so it needs to be earthed and used indoors only.

The Merrygold suits living rooms, dining rooms, bedrooms and hallways where you want a focused wash of light rather than general room lighting. Use it on its own beside a doorway, or mount a pair either side of a mirror or a piece of artwork for a symmetrical look.
