The Searchlight Melville 2 light wall bracket pairs a satin silver finish with alabaster style glass shades, bringing a warm, diffused glow to a wall mounted fitting.
Materials and Finish
Made from mild steel and glass, finished in satin silver with alabaster glass shades that soften the light and give it a warm, gentle spread.
How It Works
The Melville takes two 60W E14 golf ball bulbs, not included, and works well with dimmable bulbs if you want to adjust the mood. It is wired to Class I, which means it needs to be earthed. Installation must always be carried out by a qualified electrician.
Where It Works Best
This wall bracket suits kitchens and dining rooms, where its paired shades work well either side of a mirror, over a sideboard, or flanking a doorway. The alabaster glass gives a softer alternative to bare bulb fittings in spaces where you want gentle, ambient light rather than a strong focal point.
