This Searchlight Latimer Table Lamp Base is the knurled satin gold base from the Latimer range, sold as a base only so you can pair it with a shade of your choice.

Made from mild steel with a knurled satin gold finish.

How it works

It takes a single E27 bulb (not supplied) and has a clear inline on/off switch on the cable, so it's a plug in lamp rather than a hardwired fitting. It's not dimmable, and as a Class II double insulated design it doesn't need an earth connection.

Where it works best

Suits living rooms, bedrooms, dining rooms and hallways as a bedside or accent lamp base.
