A Statement Globe Bulb with an Etched Branch Pattern
This Searchlight decorative filament lamp is a giant globe bulb in the brand's Black Pine Branch design, with a fine, radiating line pattern etched across black glass. Fit it into any pendant, table lamp or fixture that takes a standard E27 bulb. Once lit, it gives a warm 1800K amber glow, and the etched pattern becomes the real feature of the room.
Materials and Finish
The globe is glass, finished in black with the fine, radiating line pattern etched into the surface that gives the Black Pine Branch design its name. The cap is black with a nickel screw thread.
How It Works
The lamp has an integrated E27 LED filament, so the light source cannot be replaced separately from the bulb itself. It is dimmable, but only when used with a dimmer switch or lamp holder that is compatible with dimmable LED filament bulbs. Screw it into any pendant, table lamp or wall light with a standard E27 lamp holder.
Where It Works Best
Because the etched pattern only really shows once the bulb is lit, it works best in an exposed fitting, such as a pendant with a simple cord suspension or a table lamp with an open shade, rather than hidden behind a closed shade. Its warm 1800K glow suits living rooms, bedrooms and reading corners where a soft amber light is wanted rather than bright white lighting.

Is this a light bulb or a complete light fitting?
It is a decorative filament light bulb with a standard E27 screw base. It needs to be fitted into a pendant, table lamp or other fixture with an E27 lamp holder. It does not come with its own fixture or shade.
Can I use it with a dimmer?
Yes, but only with a dimmer switch or lamp holder that is specifically compatible with dimmable LED filament bulbs. Using it with an incompatible dimmer can cause flickering.
What colour is the light?
The filament glows at 1800K, which is a warm amber tone, closer to candlelight than to a bright white bulb. It is designed as a decorative, ambient light rather than for task lighting.
