This Dragonfly table lamp gives off a warm, coloured glow through a dome shaped shade of genuine stained glass. It sits low and wide on a shapely antique brass base, so the light spreads sideways across a console or side table rather than up toward the ceiling. It's a decorative lamp first, built to be looked at as much as switched on.

Antique Brass and Dragonfly Stained Glass

The dome shade is hand pieced from individual segments of pale blue, green and soft pink glass, with a dragonfly picked out across the surface in deep red, purple and amber jewel toned glass. The leaded seams follow the traditional Tiffany method, so the pattern of colour is unique to each shade. Underneath, the antique brass base has a gently curved, leaf detailed stem that gives it a vintage look. It pairs naturally with the matching Dragonfly floor lamp.

What bulb does the Dragonfly table lamp take?
It takes a single E27 bulb. We'd recommend an LED of around 6W, which gives the same brightness as an old 60W incandescent bulb. The bulb is not included.

Can this lamp be used with a dimmer switch?
No, the Dragonfly table lamp is not compatible with dimmer switches or dimmable controls.

Is the shade real stained glass?
