A Square Edged Wall Light That Washes Light Up and Down
The Don is an aluminium wall light with a clean, rectangular block shape. Rather than lighting a single spot, it sends a soft wash of light both upward and downward through slim openings at the top and bottom, so the wall around it becomes part of the effect.
Because the body itself is the visual feature, it works as much as a piece of wall sculpture as it does a light source, particularly once it is switched on and the glow spreads across the wall.
The Gold Finish
This version is finished in a brushed gold tone, with fine linear brushing running down each face that catches the light differently depending on the angle you view it from. The interior of the light channels shares the same warm gold tone, so the light that spills out above and below has a warm, amber cast rather than a cool white wash. It suits brass or warm metal schemes, and reads as a quiet statement finish rather than a bright, polished one.
