Three Chrome Drops with Double Glass Cylinder Shades
The Searchlight Dawson Multi Drop Pendant brings together three chrome drops, each with a double glass cylinder shade, for a layered ceiling light that reads as more than a simple three bulb fitting. The drop is adjustable up to a maximum height of 120cm, so it can be set to suit a standard ceiling or hung longer over a stairwell or a taller entrance hall.

How It Works
Each drop takes an E14 candle bulb (not included) and the fitting is dimmable when fitted with dimmable bulbs. As a Class I fitting it needs an earth connection, and we always recommend having any ceiling light fitted by a qualified electrician. Drop height is adjustable. The clear glass cylinders look plain when the lights are off, and take on a warmer, softer glow once the bulbs are switched on, so the finished look in your room will be a little different from a lit product photo.

Its multi drop design suits a dining room table, a hallway, or a stairwell, where the layered glass shades catch the light as you move past. Because the drop can reach 120cm, it also has enough reach for a stairwell or a room with a higher than average ceiling.

How far down can this pendant hang?
The drop is adjustable up to a maximum height of 120cm from the ceiling plate, so measure your ceiling height before ordering to make sure it will sit where you want it.
What bulbs does it take, and are they included?
It takes 3 x E14 candle bulbs, one for each drop. Bulbs are not included, so you will need to buy these separately.
Can I dim this light?
Yes, as long as you fit dimmable E14 bulbs and use a compatible dimmer switch. Standard non-dimmable bulbs will not dim.
Does this light need to be installed by an electrician?
We always recommend having any ceiling light installed by a qualified electrician. This fitting is Class I, which means it also needs a proper earth connection.
Will the glass shades look different once the lights are on?
Yes. The clear glass cylinders look plain and colourless when the lights are off, and take on a warm glow around the fluted inner diffuser once the bulbs are switched on.
