A Compact Up and Down Light for Modern Exteriors
The Searchlight Casterton is a small cylindrical wall light that throws light both up and down the wall at once, giving a neat, architectural look to a modern exterior.
Materials and Finish
The body is moulded from black polypropylene in a slim cylindrical shape, with two round apertures, one facing up and one facing down, each fitted with a clear lens.
How It Works
It takes GU10 LED bulbs, not included, and is not dimmable. As a Class II, double insulated fitting it does not need an earth connection, though installation should still be carried out safely and in line with wiring regulations.
Where It Works Best
Rated IP44, the Casterton suits porches, front doors and other sheltered exterior walls where a pair of directional beams works better than a single broad spread of light.
