Quintiesse Wynwood 2 Light Large Picture Light - Urban Bronze

Designed to wash light down over artwork rather than light a room generally, the Wynwood picture light pairs two adjustable arms with the same industrial, vintage inspired hardware as the rest of the collection. This is the larger of the two picture light sizes, built for wider pieces.

Urban Bronze finish

The steel body is finished in Urban Bronze, a deep, weathered tone that reads as understated hardware rather than a decorative accent, so the light draws attention to whatever's hanging beneath it rather than to the fitting itself.

How it works

Two E27 bulbs, up to 60W each, are needed and not supplied. The light dims if both bulbs fitted are dimmable; with standard bulbs it's switch operated only. There's no glass shade on this fitting, just the steel housing. It's a Class I fitting, so it needs an earthed supply and a qualified electrician to install it.

Where it works best

At 81.3cm wide, this size suits large paintings, wide mirrors or a run of framed prints, mounted above the piece with a 19.8cm projection that clears the wall enough to angle light down evenly. Quintiesse lists it as suited to living rooms, dining rooms, hallways, kitchens and bedrooms, wherever there's a piece worth lighting properly.
