Quintiesse Thayer 4 Light Semi-Flush Fitting - Antique Gild

For rooms where a hanging pendant isn't practical, the Thayer semi flush fitting brings the same four sided lantern shape and curved detailing close to the ceiling instead. It keeps the character of the collection, the ivory candle tubes and clear glass panels glowing warmly under an Antique Gild frame, without needing the headroom a pendant would.

The Antique Gild finish

The Antique Gild finish is applied over an aluminium frame and combined with clear glass, giving the fitting a soft, slightly weathered gold tone that works well against darker ceilings or in rooms with warm timber and brass accents.

How it works

Four E14 LED bulbs are needed to light it fully, and they aren't supplied. It dims if you fit dimmable bulbs, and being mounted close to the ceiling there's no drop to adjust, just the fixed projection to allow for. It's a Class I fitting, so it needs an earthed electrical supply and should be fitted by a qualified electrician.

Where it works best

With a projection of 36.5cm and a matching 36.5cm width, this semi flush fitting suits rooms with standard or lower ceilings where a large pendant drop would feel out of place, think landings, hallways, or a dining room with a more modest ceiling height.
