Quintiesse Somerset Single Medium Pendant - Clear - Black

This Somerset medium pendant sets clear seeded glass against a black frame, giving a hanging light with vintage textured glass a distinctly more contemporary finish overhead.

Black and clear seeded glass

The black finish is flat and matte, giving the pendant a strong silhouette rather than a metallic gleam. Clear seeded glass has a subtly uneven texture that lets the bulb's light and shape show through, adding character rather than a flat, uniform glow, and the black turned knob detail keeps it tied to the rest of the Somerset range.

How it works

It takes 1 x E27 LED bulb, not supplied, and only dims if dimmable LED bulbs are fitted. As a Class I fitting it needs an earthed electrical supply and installation by a qualified electrician. The drop adjusts between 50.3cm and 129.4cm, so check that range against your ceiling height and the clearance you want above a table before ordering.

Where it works best

At 4kg and 28.9cm deep, it's designed for kitchens and dining rooms, hung singly over a table or island. Because the drop is adjustable across a wide range, it also has enough flexibility to work in taller spaces such as stairwells where getting the hanging height right matters.
