Quintiesse Reno Single Table Lamp - Smoke - Aged Brass

The Reno single table lamp combines a faceted glass body with warm metal detailing, giving it more visual interest than a plain drum or ball shade lamp. This finish sets a Smoke tinted glass column against Aged Brass fittings, a slightly moodier take on the design than the brand's cooler finishes.

The glass here is tinted smoke, a soft grey that softens the light rather than letting it flare, while the base and fittings are finished in Aged Brass for a warm, lived in look rather than a bright polished one. It is topped with a faux silk shade, continuing the mix of glass, steel and fabric that runs through the Reno range. The combination of grey toned glass and warm brass suits both contemporary and more traditional rooms, sitting well against dark wood, warm neutrals or brass hardware elsewhere in the space.

How it works

It takes a single E27 LED bulb, which isn't supplied, giving you the choice of brightness and colour temperature. Fit a dimmable bulb with a compatible dimmer switch and it will dim, with a standard bulb it will only run at full brightness. This is a Class I fitting, so it needs an earthed electrical supply, and any wiring should be carried out by a qualified electrician.

Where it works best

At around 60cm tall, Reno suits a bedside table as easily as a console or sideboard, and works equally well in a living room, dining room or hallway wherever you want warm, localised light rather than an overhead wash.
