Quintiesse Porter Single Medium Wall Lantern - Aged Zinc

Porter Medium sits at the balanced middle point of the Porter range, tall enough to make a real statement beside a front door but proportioned to suit an average porch or entrance without overwhelming it. It carries the same fine rivet detailing, glazed lantern body and hanger loop that give the whole family its Modern Farmhouse meets Industrial character.

The Aged Zinc finish

Built from aluminium with clear glass glazing, Porter Medium is finished in Aged Zinc, a soft, weathered grey with a slightly brushed texture. It has the look of naturally aged metal rather than a flat painted coating, which works well against brick, stone, render or timber cladding and tends to suit both new build and older properties equally.

How it works

It's designed for 1 x E27 LED bulb, not included, so you'll need to fit your own. Dimming is possible but only if you choose dimmable bulbs; standard bulbs will not dim even on a dimmer circuit. The lantern fixes flat to the wall with a 18.5cm projection, so factor that into spacing if you're mounting a pair either side of a doorway. The fitting itself is all that's included, no bulb.

At 47.4cm tall and 3.5kg, Porter Medium is an easy, versatile choice for most front doors, side entrances, and porch pillars on semi detached and terraced homes as well as larger properties. Its IP44 rating means it's built to handle rain and outdoor damp, so it's equally happy fully exposed on a wall or tucked under a porch canopy.
