Quintiesse Morris Single Medium IP44 Wall Lantern - Distressed Copper

The Morris Single Medium Wall Lantern brings the trailing, storybook silhouette of Quintiesse's Morris collection to an exterior wall. Its Southwest Mission inspired frame and gently arched profile make it a versatile size for most porches, entrances and garden walls, neither the smallest nor the largest lantern in the range but the one many people reach for first.

Distressed copper finish

Each lantern is finished in distressed copper, a warm, textured tone with genuine variation rather than a flat, uniform coating. Inside, panels of etched, iridised seeded glass diffuse the light with a soft, uneven glow and a faint shimmer, a detail that pairs naturally with stone, brick, render or aged timber.

How it works

The lantern takes a single E27 bulb (not supplied), and the light will only dim if you fit a dimmable bulb. It is wired to Class I, so it needs an earthed mains supply and should be installed by a qualified electrician. With an IP44 rating, it is built to withstand rain and damp in a sheltered exterior spot such as under a porch canopy or a covered entrance.

Where it works best

At 23.7cm high with a 22.2cm projection, this medium lantern suits front doors, side entrances and garden walls where you want presence without overwhelming a smaller doorway. It also works well flanking a garage door or fitted either side of a porch.
