Quintiesse Morris 2 Light Flush Fitting - Distressed Copper

Designed to sit flush against a porch or canopy ceiling, the Morris 2 Light Flush Fitting takes the same trailing Southwest Mission detailing as the rest of the collection and turns it into an overhead light. Two lamps sit inside a wide, low profile frame, giving more light output than the wall lanterns in a shape built for ceilings rather than walls.

Distressed copper finish

The frame is aluminium finished in distressed copper, a textured tone with genuine variation across the surface, and the light passes through inside etched, iridised seeded glass that softens the glow rather than casting a hard beam. It sits comfortably against exposed brick, render or timber porch ceilings.

How it works

Two E27 bulbs (not supplied) sit inside the fitting, and dimming will only work if dimmable bulbs are fitted. It's a Class I fitting, so it must be connected to an earthed supply and installed by a qualified electrician. The IP44 rating means it can handle a damp, sheltered exterior ceiling, such as a porch or canopy, where it won't be in direct, driving rain.

Where it works best

At 29.8cm wide and only 15.2cm high, this flush fitting suits covered porches, entrance canopies and low ceilinged exterior spaces where a pendant would hang too low. The two lamps make it a good choice for wider porch ceilings that need more light than a single wall lantern can give.
