Quintiesse Martine 3 Light Pendant - Antique White

The Quintiesse Martine 3 Light Pendant takes the same wave carved, cast plaster inspired design as the rest of the Martine collection and turns it into a hanging sculptural centrepiece. Quintiesse describes the collection as inspired by traditional 1930s and 1940s plasterwork, and here that organic, undulating form is suspended rather than fixed to a wall, so it catches light and shadow from every angle.

The Antique White Finish

Finished in Antique White, the pendant's steel and polymeric resin body is cast with the same deep, wave like ridges as the rest of the range, giving it a soft, textured look closer to hand finished plaster than to painted metal. It suits pared back, traditional and transitional interiors alike, and works especially well above pale walls or exposed ceiling beams where the texture of the finish can read clearly.

How it works

The pendant takes 3 x 60W E27 bulbs, which are not supplied, and is dimmable provided dimmable bulbs are fitted. It has an adjustable drop of 50.8cm to 208.6cm, so it can be set close to the ceiling or lowered well into the room, depending on the height you need. As a Class I fitting it requires an earthed electrical supply and should be installed by a qualified electrician. Everything needed to hang and wire the pendant is included, aside from bulbs.

With a wide 57.2cm spread and a generous drop range, this pendant is well suited to dining rooms and living rooms where you want a real focal point over a table or seating area, and its adjustable drop also makes it a practical choice for bedrooms with higher ceilings or for stairwells and landings where you need to fine tune the hanging height.
